A Design Leader with extensive experience in both B2C and B2B industries, with a particular focus on SaaS products. In my current role at Microsoft Bangalore, I am responsible for setting up the design team for the Retail Cloud Industry leading a team of 6 designers to develop and deploy retail experiences that improve retail execution and drive business growth.

In my past role I was heading design at the Bangalore studio for Cerner Corporation (now taken over by Oracle) I was involved setting up a design practice by hiring and managing a team of designers from the ground up.

Prior to that I was working as an individual contributor at Harman Connected services working for different client projects as an interaction designer.

My role at Wipro technologies was multi-faceted as I had a chance of working as a front engineer, Pre sales consultant, a problem solver and a budding interaction designer.

In addition to my work, I also mentor aspiring designers through ADPlist, helping them build professional portfolios, crack interviews, and grow as designers. I am committed to give back to the design community and help others succeed in their careers. Overall, my experience and leadership skills make me a valuable asset to any organization in the design industry.
